When you register for one of our online courses, you agree that you will not share your account information or grant another individual access to your account for any purposes, including providing or gathering content, testing knowledge, etc. It is for your sole personal use only.

Privacy Policy

Apex Training Solutions is the sole owner of any information gathered on our website. User visits are tracked using standard web server traffic logs for the sole purpose of statistics gathering for our own internal use. As a user, you may submit forms for general inquiries and follow-up. Your personal information is kept only for contact, and billing purposes (for Training Partners only). We do not sell, rent or distribute your information to outside parties.

By creating and activating an account on our system, be advised that your information (personal, training records, course grades and completion certificates) may be accessed and shared with one of our registered Training Partners, through which you established a prior relationship (your Training Provider).

By activating an account, you agree to receive email updates from us (ie. certification expiry notices, reminders, etc.). Your personal information will not be shared at any other time with any other party but may be used to contact you once your certification expires, or to inform you about other courses we offer that may be of interest to you. These terms and conditions have been written in the province of Alberta, Canada and will be governed under the laws of this jurisdiction.

Training Partners

If you are an Apex Training Partner and have created an account in the system on behalf of another individual, you are agreeing to the following: you have received their express consent and authorization to perform his action and notified this individual of these terms and conditions; or you are providing consent on their behalf and accepting responsibility of these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions on Behalf of Someone Else

In the event that you have been authorized to create an account in the System on behalf of someone else, you represent and warrant that you have notified them of this Agreement’s existence, terms and conditions and have obtained their consent and authorization to agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement on their behalf, or you otherwise legally have the right to provide consent on their behalf.

Refund Policy

Since all monetary transactions will occur with your Training Provider (an Apex Training Partner through which you purchase and are granted access to a course), and not directly with Apex Training Solutions, you must refer to your Training Provider for their refund policy.­
