Training Stages

Your training has three stages:
  1. Online training
    • Your course is listed below.
    • You will receive a certificate if you successfully complete this online training.
    • Successful completion of this online course is required to proceed to the next stage.
  2. In-classroom training
    • Your instructor will communicate the time and place for the in-classroom training.
    • Successful completion of the in-classroom training is required for certification and to proceed to the next stage.
  3. Feedback and certification
    • Return to this website to complete a brief feedback form and download your certification.

  • If you are just starting, click the “Start” button for your course.
  • If you have already completed some of the course, click the “Resume” button to return to where you left off in the course.
  • You can also see the percentage of the course you’ve completed so you can easily monitor your progress.
  • Click the “Expand all” button to see all of your course’s modules and quizzes.
  • With the course table of contents expanded, you can click the “Statistics” button next to any  quiz to see how you did, the possible answers, and the correct answer – a great study tool.
